My work is a mosaic

I've always been preoccupied with what can arise when we give way to curiosity.

When we investigate rather than immediately find answers. When hands, thoughts, materials and people are allowed to meet in new ways. And when something we could not yet quite see or articulate suddenly steps forward.

In Mosaic Magic, I create spaces for the concrete, sensuous creator joy. Here we work with the hands, the materials, the colors and the slow gaze. I teach, inspire and take the lead in exploring new possibilities, techniques and material combinations.

In Art of Balance I work with people, relationships, management and organizations. Here the material is different, but the curiosity is the same. I create spaces for reflection where we can examine what has not yet become apparent, spot new contexts and find new avenues for action.

Perhaps this is precisely what binds my work together: I am concerned with creative processes and with making visible what we cannot yet see.

That's why you can meet me with the mosaic tang in hand one day and in the middle of a reflection room with a leadership group the next.

For me, the distance between the two is not very great.

It is the same curiosity that, throughout my working life, has led me down different paths — through art, creativity, teaching, leadership and organizational development. Today they meet paths in Mosaic Magic and Art of Balance.
